1. Eligibility
- Shared hosting plans may be eligible for a 7-day refund guarantee.
- VPS, dedicated servers, and domain registrations are non-refundable.
2. Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible period.
- Accounts violating our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
- Any used resources, setup fees, or third-party costs may be deducted.
3. Domain Refunds
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are strictly non-refundable once processed.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
